I came to LIVEPT with a newly broken ankle problem. I was still in my boot and recovery was still in the early stages. My goal was to get fit again, because the first 4 months I walked with crutches and I lost a lot of muscle mass.


For my rehabilitation, I got directly to LIVEPT. I went once a week, where I got half an hour of Mylogenics treatment and half an hour of rehabilitation training. My leg felt like jelly when I first came. Without realizing it, I gradually got better. I used to be really unequal, that’s not the case anymore! It is really amazing what the results are with just once a week treatment and targeted exercises.


I have been training at LIVEPT for one year with two trainers. All the trainers work with the same vision and approach so it is easy to go between them: they look at the body as a whole.
