I feel right at home here. The Personal Training isn’t limited to coaching during my workouts but also focuses on nutritional coaching and reducing stress. The approach is anything but run of the mill: it’s tailored to your personal goals and very motivating. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin (literally and figuratively 😉) and mentally I am more stable which comes in handy at work. Recommended!

Great supervised training. And afterwards, a nice cup of coffee or recovery shake. Superb!
The coaches are great. After a few months you will feel fitter and stronger. It’s an added bonus that I haven’t been called pot-bellied pig at home for the last week. Today we also received some good advice regarding our training schedule for the CPC half marathon next March! I have become stronger and fitter.
